From initial meeting to the completion of the funeral service John Jones was professional, engaged and very easy to talk with. His eulogy was simply excellent and many friends and family commented that it was as if he had known our dad all his life. He made a difficult time very comforting and we all felt that a most fitting send-off had been rendered in a very personal way.
